This place suits me perfectly! It offers free wi-fi, a fantastic outdoor swimming pool, and a great fitness centre. I still remember how the staff helped me print important documents during my first stay. I'm coming back for a weekend!

Compact & new-fashioned unit for the other bedroom. Complimentary breakfast with meat and bacon, for instance - well worth the money...

The premier apartment was new-fashioned where the microwave was sparking, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable.
My room wasn't ready on arrival, and I had to wait longer than expected. The dryer caused a power trip, leaving us without a functioning dryer for a day.

Friendly, welcoming staff. In fact, never received such a personal welcome. The play zone area was brilliant. Usually find that play areas are just for young children. The playzone accommodated children of all ages. Our boys aged 15 and 13 were very happy with the facilities provided. On our day of departure the hotel staff arranged a late check out, then stored our luggage and provided us with showering facilities before our late flight.

Shuttle buses trips every hour to the main shopping complexes. The GYM and Steam room are open 24 hours. The housekeeping staff is very friendly. The complimentary breakfast during the week days is a good jouster from the hotel management, I wish it was also available during the weekend, unfortunately is not available during my stay. The kitchen is well equipped. Dish and cloth washing machines are available in all rooms.
I wish that the toilet is closed or at least the glass is curtained. The detergents and shampoo are supplied only once during your stay although you have paid for the daily rate which should be applied for your whole stay, management should consider that as part of the daily expenses. I wish that they re-consider cleaning during the Sundays (in case you checked in Saturday and out Monday, you will have your room cleaned once with no Shampoo, towels or detergents). Pets are allowed in this hotel and I am not sure if special rooms are allocated or designed for such things.

Indoor play area, clean surroundings, well-designed gym
The kitchen lacks sufficient cooking utensils!!! The second bathroom is uncomfortably small!!! Plus, navigating to the MRT can be quite a trek in the heat!!!

1. I like FRASER chain of property - in general. 2. Transport to everywhere is easy. 3. Homely.
1. The bedroom is a "cramp".

Would recommend for a cursory stop
Clean room, friendly staff, the pool area was great with comfortable seating by the outdoor swimming pool and a well-equipped fitness center available, just a ten-minute stroll from the MRT.
It was all superb.

Space for the family, location.
On Saturday and Sunday the breakfast is pathetic. Is it so difficult to have somebody fry some eggs and prepare some other warm dishes? Only bread and cereals? And because of that people are queuing up to be able to use the toaster! Rooms are not cleaned properly, and you are apparently only worth one bar of soap and 1 shampoo / body lotion per room per stay. None of the so-called amenities is replaced during daily servicing.
